Grant proposal management for NGOs

Chase the grants
you can win.

Most organisations lose funding to missed deadlines and incomplete applications, not to weak ideas. We run the whole bid so that doesn't happen — and we tell you honestly when an opportunity isn't worth your team's time.

We strengthen non-profit capacity with expert proposal management, helping organisations compete for the right funding with confidence, clarity and ease.

Within two business days, I'll send up to three verified opportunities — or tell you honestly that none are strong enough. No proposal and no award promise. This opens your own email app; nothing is sent until you press send, and your details are used only to reply.
The honest number. Many competitive open calls fund roughly 10–30% of applicants. Your actual odds depend on the funder, invitation status, fit, track record and competition. Anyone promising you a win is selling.

What we do

Three ways to work with us. The first costs nothing; the other two are a fixed fee, agreed before anything starts.

Package 1

Find the opportunity worth pursuing

We check what's out there against your sector, geography and track record, and verify eligibility and deadlines against the funder's own source. If nothing is strong enough, we tell you — free.

Package 2

Specialists where you need them

You have an application in progress and need specific help — budgeting, MEL plans, or a compliance check against the solicitation. We step in for that piece, not the whole bid.

Package 3

Whole proposal

From finding the right opportunity to pressing submit. Calendar, compliance matrix, contributors, review rounds, writing and final assembly — one accountable lead throughout.

Who we are

Two proposal managers. You work with us, not with an account team.
